Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need something different?
The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
